UPDATE: Hot Air is excited about NOW coming down on Letterman.

The post is to conciliatory for my taste. NOW is almost a year late in defending Sarah Palin, so no kudos for finally catching up to ‘sexist right-wing dinosaurs’. Also, the PR beating isn’t enough. I want Imus, Dick Cheney, Haliburton type PR beatings. Let the beatings continue.

They attempt a Faustian bargain with NOW. Dream on. Have you guys learned nothing from the last twenty years?

Last of all, they hit Liddy for making a crack: “Let’s hope that the key conferences aren’t when she’s menstruating or something, or just before she’s going to menstruate. That would really be bad. Lord knows what we would get then.”

Who cares? After almost a year of Sarah Palin photoshopped porno and articles like ‘Sarah Palin Naked‘, I don’t take the left seriously when they feign indignance.

“…she really is kinda hot. Basically, I want to have sex with her on my Barack Obama sheets while my wife reads aloud from the Constitution. (My wife is cool with this if I promise to “first wipe off Palin’s tranny makeup.” I married well.)”

Davd Letterman is one funny dude. Check these out:

Letterman’s “Top 10” list Tuesday night focused on Palin’s recent trip to New York, and included several cracks: “Bought makeup from Bloomingdale’s to update her ‘slutty flight attendant’ look,” Letterman said.

“One awkward moment for Sarah Palin at the Yankee game, during the seventh inning, her daughter was knocked up by Alex Rodriguez.”

It takes courage to attack teenage girls at baseball game with their mommy.

Now Dave says he meant the jokes for the older daughter. Well, she wasn’t at the game. So why can’t Dave just throw his hands up and say he’s sorry, he screwed up and he didn’t realize the 14-year old was at the game? Because Dave isn’t man enough. He doesn’t want the heat to come off Palin’s family, because this is the only thing liberals can hurt Palin with. Fourteen out of fourteen ‘ethics’ investigations have failed to turn up anything on Palin. The best thing the left has on her, is some clothes spending that the RNC paid for.
