Bill Maher didn’t like The Rally to Restore Sanity

Bill Maher ripped into The Rally to Restore Sanity’s message:

“Keith Olbermann is right when he says he’s not the equivalent of Glenn Beck. One reports facts the other one is very close to playing with his poop. And the big mistake of modern media has been this notion of balance for balance’s sake. That the Left is just as violent and cruel as the Right…there’s a difference between a mad man and a madman,”

There is a difference between a mad man and a madman, and the left clearly chooses the latter path.

Just before The Rally to Restore Sanity, Jon Stewart’s executive producer punched a 9/11 Truther in the face. He was arrested and charged with assault. Yusuf Islam’s (Cat Stevens) appearance at the rally was an awesome display of the target audience’s ignorance, as they seemed fine with having a fatwa supporting loon who advocated for the death of Salman Rushdie. But who the hell cares about lunatics at a comedian’s failed rally?

The left has been blowing people away right and left… to show us just how sane they really are. Dr. Amy Bishop, John Patrick Bedell, Sharif Mobley and James Chester Blanning were all registered Democrats who murdered or attempted to murder Americans since 2009. There are plenty more instances of leftist violence in the last two years, but these are the really good highlights.

“When Jon announced his rally, he said the national conversation was dominated by people on the Right who believe Obama’s a Socialist and people on the Left who believe 9/11′s an inside job, but I can’t name any Democratic leaders who think 9/11′s an inside job. But Republican leaders who think Obama’s a Socialist? All of them.”

We’ll get to “Obama as a socialist” later, let’s talk about Bill Maher not naming any Democratic leaders who think 9/11 was an inside job. It’s pretty convenient for Bill to forget two of the signatories of Political Leaders for 9/11 Truth were guests on his show. Rep. Cynthia McKinney and Democratic Senator Mike Gravel from Alaska, both charter members of Political Leaders for 9/11 Truth. Van Jones would be a good one to throw in here, but I guess being fired because you are a 9/11 Truther means liberals no longer have to acknowledge the failure of hiring you in the first place.

In fact, the whole Colorado Democratic Party signed on. It’s part of the state platform. The Political Leaders for 9/11 Truth come from many political stripes, but mostly, they’re Democratic politicians. Perhaps Bill could have used Google to prepare his New Rules segment. Of course, the New Rules segment is about being humorous, not accurate. On a fake news talk show, featuring a fake news analyst, is it any surprise you get fake analysis?

Then there’s this business of saying that your an extremist if you call President Obama a Socialist/Marxist/Communist. An extremist really? I guess the President is an extremist then because he has some stuff to say about socialist/Marxist ideas:

“To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully: the more politically active black students, the foreign students, the Chicanos, the Marxist Professors and structural feminists and punk-rock performance poets.”

To avoid being a sellout? Is this a problem for black students in the 80′s, that they had to identify as Marxists?

“Political discussions, the kind at Occidental had once seemed so intense and purposeful, came to take on the flavor of the socialist conferences I sometimes attended at Cooper Union”

He was favored by State Senator Alice Palmer to fill her seat as Obama was a supporter of Alice at the time. She traveled to the Soviet Union in 1986 and covered the 27th Congress of the Communist Party that was held in Moscow. I know, I know, this was not the Alice Palmer he thought he knew.

His staff was pretty messed up too:

Green Jobs Czar Van Jones was former communist.

White House Communications Director Anita Dunn cited Mao Tse-tung as her favorite philosopher. (Libs cried she was taken out of context by Glenn Beck, but Beck played here entire Mao bit, and she had to resign.)

Manufacturing Czar Ron Bloom said this:

“We know that the free market is nonsense. We know that the whole point is to game the system, to beat the market, or at least find someone who will pay you a lot of money because they’re convinced that there is a free lunch. We know this is largely about power, that it’s an adults only, no limit game. We kind of agree with Mao that political power comes largely from the barrel of a gun.”

Yeah he said that. Watch the video. President Obama thinks this is the way to go on manufacturing. If Anita Dunn liked Mao’s “rise to the challenge” spirit, Ron Bloom loves Mao’s manufacturing policies. You know, farmers still using oxen and the western citizens who are abandoned in conditions similar to the 8th century.

Frank Marshall Davis was a mentor of his according to the President’s book Dreams of My Father. Here’s some more on Frank. Do we really have to mention Rev. Wright?

So when you hear someone say Barack Obama is a socialist, it’s because he supports, praises and hires socialists. When you hear Bill Maher say he can’t name any of these people, he is full of crap.

Or maybe he is just another fake newsman.
